Ticket times?

Hello, I submitted a ticket a few days ago and it's still showing as 1 days, 10 hours estimated answer time. This time has not changed in a few days, what's going on?
It's not a countdown timer.

Tickets are running close to 3 days now depending on the issue that the ticket is submitted for.

You're welcome to share your issue here though to get some advice if you want.
The timer is the estimated response time, for anyone.
It is not a countdown timer for your ticket.
