Want to tell husband in-game I'm pregnant

Hi, I just found out I am pregnant, and since my husband and I both enjoy playing WoW together, I thought it would be fun to tell him the news in-game. Can anyone suggest a fun way to do this? I thought about sending him a bunch of baby-themed gifts, but those are hard to come by (not too surprisingly). I also thought it would be cool to add a title like "babymaker" to his character name for a day or two, but I haven't heard back from customer support on that yet, lol. Can anyone give me some ideas? I would really appreciate it!
How about you walk up to him, summon your Argent companion and say, "We're gonna get one of these IRL."

We're having an Orc!
I hope you dont mean youll get a little slave companion that you have run off to the bank.

Thats not what child bearing is all about.

Of course not.

You gotta buy 'em a pony first.
Walk up to him and say 'I'm going to do an impression of the next two years of our real lives.'

That's not what children are for?!

Also, you should tell him during a raid.
You could always elude to Dezco. I mean, without the you dying part.

Or maybe just be like "Hey incase things get weird soon, you might end up like Dezco."

Then he'll be like "What?"

And you'll be like "Those babies strapped to his chest and back."

Oh I beg to differ. There is a proud tradition in my family that children are slaves.

If you aren't utilizing your children for household chores you are doing it wrong.

Go up to him and say. "Honey, we're going to have to create another account"

make a emote in game to say you're touching your tummy or something :3

Congratz to the future Mother and Father!

Extra points if he's a tank and you tell him right before the tank switch.

I can see a comic about this in my head.

"And, tank swap!"

"Honey, we're gonna have a baby."

"Wha-*BAM*"
