Hellscream borders manly and insane...remember when you're doing that secret mission for DO dailies with lor'themar, and after hellscream walks out of the dungeon after letting the bloodelf and mogu live, you see a trail of mogu corpses....

Although, I guess orcs are more or less always like that.
