Hope to get Kalganized's advice on this.
if you have it in your budget, the nvidia 660ti will run wow a lot better than the ati 7850. but the 7850 will run wow just fine.

wow doesn't utilized multi core processors, so the i-5 ivy will be an over kill. the up side is the i-5 ivy will be a decent performing cpu for a while. i am still using my phenom iix4 955 black and i don't have any cpu bottle necking.

that system will run wow just fine, but if you have it in your budget think about getting the nvidia 660ti.
imo, for ultra, anywhere, in any situation, you'll want a 7970 or a gtx 680.... if you dont necessarily care if you drop a few frames, you'll want to go with a gtx 670 or a 7950 instead.

intel would be the way to go also.. but it seems you already figured that out.

Don't expect ultra everywhere 60 FPS+. It's just not feasible due to WoW's engine coding issues. Instead, wish for certain level of FPS quality @ ultra.

Also, you do not want shadows to be set at ultra, nor force 8x AA.

That said, the system can certainly run WoW with great FPS @ ultra.

That said:

1. Power supply is overkill. You do not need 650W for a single GPU setup. Downgrade it to 500W.

2. If you aren't going to overclock your CPU (this is not necessary with Intel setups), you can save tons of $ and funnel that savings into an SSD or a better GPU by downgrading to: i5-3470, B75 motherboard, and no CPU cooler.

3. Caviar Black drives are expensive, consider something else.

4. The case can fit everything, so don't worry.

5. You can probably find an HD 7870 for about $200.
