Just a little issue.

So I was running looking for raid today. When we got to the Sha of Fear I got a belt then myself feeling lucky decided to use one of my tokens to see if I could get anything else. So I clicked the little button and watched as it rolled only to see the gear icon appear I sat the waiting to see what it was and guess what! I got the same belt again. So my question for this is....should I submit a ticket for this? It hardly seems appropriate that I got the same piece of gear twice in one run.

I fully accept that fact that a lot of the time you do not get gear from using the coin and please don`t write this off as a QQ thread. I just don`t think you should get the same piece of gear twice.
This is working as intended. LFR loot does not take into account what items you may have or may have won.
while i agree that its silly to get the same loot twice from the same run. in its current state its currently working as intended. (course dual weilders getting not unique weapons twice in a row would love this!)

i suggest a very cleanly written suggestion in general.
I've had this many times and have come to this conclusion. If you win loot, don't use the tokens as this has almost always happened to myself and my wife. To be safe, if you win loot, don't use the tokens. Best of luck and sorry I could not be of more help.
Okay thank you for all the replies.

This advice may be good for someone who finds getting two of the same item at once upsetting, but it is not mathematically sound advice.

Let's say a boss has two items for your class and spec, a belt and a hat. If you kill the boss and he drops the belt, when you use a token, if it gives you an item, there's a 50% chance it's going to be the belt. That's true whether you use the token this week, next week, or next month.

Our brains are wired to perceive patterns, so we see them even where they don't exist.
