High Latency With COMCAST

Technical Support
I am having some issues with my latency. Its has been consistently high lately. After checking out blizzards support page: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/performing-a-traceroute#addresses and running a tracert I came up with some odd tracert data (according to Blizz support page) and I don't understand what the problem is! I need help locating the problem and fixing it.

You need to call Comcast and email them your Tracert - you could mail your signal faster then they are sending it.
Okay will do.. so you are saying the problem is that their signal is extremely slow?
3284ms is 3.3 seconds that should be more like 32ms for a local ISP like Comcast.
You could try a power cycle - can't hurt. Then when you call and they tell you to try that you can say "already did"

Shutdown all computers on network.
Disconnect power from router and or modem.
Wait 30 seconds or so - plug modem in first then router if you have one.
Let them reconfigure themselves - usually takes a couple of minutes.
Startup computer.

A DNS reset/flush is always a good idea. Here is a Support page for that:

okay, I flushed my DNS. I can't do a power cycle at this moment but I will do it before I contact Comcast. Thanks for your help Tratt!
