I transferred my mage last night and was able to play it for several hours, woke up and tried to log in and it said transfer declined...submitted a ticket over an hour ago. please help.
Sounds like your payment didn't go through, you are gonna have to wait on your ticket
I would check the support site and see if the web chat option is available as well. They can usually help with such matters through that contact point.
If you haven't done so already make sure that you have created or doublechecked your Billing Profile in your payment options. That is usually the main reason why a transaction may fail.
