Offloading a Gigabyte HD 7970 Windforce

Games, Gaming and Hardware
So I have a Gigabyte HD 7970 Windforce x3 card that was damaged during shipping to a customer inside of a PC. The front of the cooler is slightly separated from the aluminum fins. The card turns on and fans spin, but cannot get video to display. I haven't tried anything else but will be tossing it on eBay. I won't link it here because I am not attempting to advertise it, but if someone knows an easy fix let me know, or contact me and I'll link you the ad. That way you can get a 420 dollar graphics card for 1/3 the cost, your gain.
what idiot in their right mind would buy a broken gpu, broken is still broken no matter how discounted
Was this card named after the bow in Diablo 2?

The question asked still stands. "what idiot in their right mind would buy a broken gpu, broken is still broken no matter how discounted."

Three links. Several idiots.
point is youre still wanting at least a hundred for something non functional, cant believe anyone would do something that stupid

Your belief is not required. The reason people purchase them is because, depending on what's wrong with the card, they may have access to the equipment / personnel who can refurbish the card to a like-new state, which can be re-used or re-sold.

As long as nothing is falsified, it can be a viable alternative to buying new.

This is correct, card still turns on and such, but I don't have the time to fix it. Someone who can fix it can spend 1/3 the cost of the 2nd most powerful single card out there!
its up to 62 dollars first few hours it is up.

How much time have you spent on the internet :P
Is it a 1.8 or 1.9+ Windforce? That makes all of the difference.
Wow.
