Error 105 - When trying to open ticket

Technical Support
Alright, so a few minutes ago I killed Galleon.. *flexes* and it said that I had received my gold bag, big surprise there >.>.... I went to go open said bag, but it wasn't there (tried searching for it and looking in Mailbox)..

So I relogged hoping it would be there, decided to disable my addons, nothing. So, next thing in line, contact a GM and see whats up. Well when I open the ticket page I get this error

"Error -105 when loading url https://us.battle.net/support/en/ticket/submit?loc" along with a little window that says "Error: 105. The browser could not complete your request. Please try again"

Never seen that before, so I closed down WoW, shut down my computer and reloaded WoW, still getting that message.

Things I have done:
1. Re-open WoW
2. Turn off/on computer
3. Cleared Cache/Cookies etc for all browsers (using chrome as my main one)
4. Disabled all addons

Side notes: I also tried to roll for extra loot but that just randomly disappeared, I think when I hit "yes please roll" it did it animation roll, popped up with something (gold loot I do not know) and then vanished in a blink of an eye not the usual 5 seconds or so..

I asked people in /1 if they received loot and they all did, gold armor tier pieces etc. Any help?

P.S I refuse to re-install WoW as I do not have every single disc, and it would take way to long for me to DL them.
Also.. I have exited the game about 5 times today, each time having to do a small update (20mb's or so).
Bump just before I head off, and hopefully get an answer in the morning :)
Still getting this error, nothing that I have done has worked.. :( Help please
Bump. Need an answer here please this is starting to get frustrating...

Go into the World of Warcraft folder and delete the Cache folder. Then try the browser again. Let me know what happens.

Already tried that, did it one more time though, and still getting the problem.. I will post a pic of what I am seeing soon..

EDIT: here is that picture http://i.imgur.com/OXaejaO.png

EDIT2: I have uninstalled Firefox and Chrome, and tried it out.. Nothing, re-installed both cause I like them. I also have Windows 8, but I don't think that should mess it up.

Yea, post a screenshot when you get the chance.

In the mean time, try this:

1. Go into the World of Warcraft folder.
2. Delete the wow.mfil, wow.tfil, wow.pfil, wow.exe, wow-64.exe, and the Utils folder.
3. Run the launcher and let those files redownload.
4. Once the download is complete, hit play and test out the in-game browser.

Let me know what happens.

Here's that SS again... http://i.imgur.com/OXaejaO.png just in case you missed it.

Deleted all you said to do, no change,,

Thanks for the screenshot.

Go into the World of Warcraft folder and delete the Utils folder. Then start the game and try to submit a ticket.

I deleted the Utils folder, along with everything you said in your previous post. There was no change the error is still coming up.

had to re-download a few things but was up and running in a few minutes.
So... Well.. Hmm that's weird, I just logged back on after studying for a bit and it seems to be working.

That definitely is a little odd. Not too sure what might have fixed it, but at least it's working now. Please feel free to post again if you have any other questions.

So I have no idea what the heck is wrong, but I loaded up the game and went to follow-up on my ticket and bam it's back :( Going to try deleting the utils folder again.. UHG!
So.. deleting the Utils folder DOES help, but having to do that every time now if I wish to create a ticket? Doesn't make any sense, have any idea on a permanent solution?

Go into the World of Warcraft folder and delete the Updates folder. Then go into the Data folder and delete the wow-update-base-16965.MPQ file. Once that is done, run the launcher and let it redownload the deleted files. Test out the client when the launcher gets to 100 percent.

Are you running nUI?
I was having the exact same issue, follow the blue response post exactly. Then i noticed that in the Utils folder was the program WoWBrowserProxy.exe i decided to change the properties for when it runs to make it run with administrator rights. After doing this i logged back in and YAY! it worked.. I hope this might help others that might have this issue.
I know it's been a while since anyone posted here. I am having the exactly same problem for the last 6 months. Tried to uninstall the game over and over again and could not fix the problem at all. Followed the blue post and it didn't work either. Changing the administrator right has no effect at all. Please help. Thank you
