"Your playtime expires..."

I just started getting playtime expires messages this morning. I never set up parental controls on this account (I'm an adult, and the only manager of this account).

Is this a bug, or did parental controls somehow get enabled on this account? I don't know where to check, or turn it off.
That means your current paid game time is about to expire and you need to add more game time to be able to still play.
