Celebrating my last week in Straya

Frostmourne
On the vid, it had gone under some obvious cutting, so I'm unsure how many questions weren't actually answered. Don't know if they were poorly cut to make him look better, or vice versa.

Yeah sorry I linked the wrong one.

This is the 7:30 Report full interview.

Half of the time the answer is (paraphrased) "You're a misogynist."

While that might be true to some extent (I can't comment on the scope of it), I think as a Prime Minister she needs to be recognized for answering every question regarding the AWU slush fund. That took balls.
Thanks Belle for supporting the PM.

Correction - It isn't Carbon Tax, it is Carbon Price. Result - Drop in carbon emissions.

Also, Squid is also correct - you want faster internet? cable to your door? Vote Labor.

Also, do you have evidence of a drop of emissions?

Just typed "Carbon Price leads to drop in Carbon Emissions" in Google.

Was first result.

Research is hard.
Probably because I looked for info on carbon emissions, not propaganda ;)

The link didn't provide a source, but I found it and went in to the full report. (Especially since it's a Rupert Murdoch news source (News Corporation), I had to remain skeptical when no source was linked. Not linking a source is a big rule of successfully making things up and getting people to believe it. Potholer54 taught me that.)

Page 33, which is the in the segment of Australia shows that carbon emissions from power generation decreasing from 2007 onwards, and total greenhouse gas emissions decreasing a litte starting 2007, going back up again, then slumping down a little to 2012.

So, to say that Carbon Tax is the cause of reduced emissions with this is a lie since no change in the rate of decrease of emissions starting 1 July 2012 has been shown.
Doesn't mean that it isn't, just that it hasn't shown to be true in this instance.

Research is quite easy.
Just a comment towards the people who think you are going to get the NBN for free, it is already behind schedule and broken the allocated budget, it will continue to suffer these set backs and cost more. How do you think the government will pay for these setbacks? We won't pay directly for the NBN, we'll just have to pay a tax that will pays for it.

It still baffles me how people actually believe Labor did a good job, the only reason we "made" it through the GFC was because of the surplus the Liberals had obtained beforehand. The only thing Labor has done is apologised to a 2% minority about giving them an equal opportunity, opened the borders to people trying to exploit our system and live an easy life on another country's welfare and put us in such a large debt while maintaining such a strong dollar that countries don't want to trade with us because we are too expensive.
Well if you want to know your country's spending priorities.

Plus, Australia's debt is quite low (compared to both GDP and per Capita) than almost everywhere else.

Labor were only elected because "Kevin 07" was a catchy and hilarious slogan - complete with free t-shirts.
Enjoy that inevitable turbulence on the way in.

Unfortunately I know people who voted for him purely because they thought they were going to get better internet to play WoW with. I haven't spoken to them since.
Can you celebrate by changing your race?
To commemorate, I will post a video each day until Saturday (I leave Sunday) of Australia-related material.

I am moving back to the glorious motherland New Zealand, so feel free to post your anti-NZ propaganda.

For Tuesday:
