Easy Question about Arena CP Cap(catching up)

Arenas
Just a very easy question that I seriously need an answer for. Ok So I just got this druid to 90 THIS Wednesday (or Thursday can't remember). I have been no lifing BG's Since then and I'm almost full Malevolent and ready to hop into Arenas.

Now here's the thing, my cap is currently at 16,800 CP. That's about 80 arena wins I need to do before Tuesday. BUT, on Tuesday (which will be the first Tuesday for my Druid as level 90) will it add another 1,800 CP to the cap or will it stay the same until I cap that 16,800 CP. Thanks all in advance. It greatly helps.
Mid-Season Catch Up

Players who are starting their journey into PvP mid-season start significantly behind the gearing curve. While we want to avoid invalidating the effort of players who have competed for the whole season, we agree with the feedback we’ve received that the starting gap is too large, so a new Conquest Point catch-up cap will be implemented using the following formula:

(Current week of the season) * 1000 – (Conquest earned thus far this season)

Here are some examples of how this will work:
Player A is starting PvP for the first time in week 10 of the season, and hasn’t earned any Conquest Points at all that season. He will have an additional cap of 10,000 points added to his normal weekly rating based cap.
Player B has already earned 5,000 Conquest Points by week 10, so she would have an additional cap of 5,000 points added to her normal weekly rating based cap.
Player C has been playing all season long, and has earned more than 10,000 Conquest Points by week 10. He only has the normal weekly cap to work with (but should already be on their way to being well geared).
If a player “redeems” their catch up cap by earning all those points, then they’ll begin the next week at their normal weekly rating based cap. Should they miss more weeks, then the catch up cap accrues again.

So just to make sure I understood this correct, as soon as I cap ALL 16,800 is when the catchup session ends. true or false?

It will add another 1,800 on top of that 16,800 Cap each and every week till I hit the actual Cap correct? true or false?

And if I miss a week of capping (1.8k because I already caught up) then next week it will be 3.6k right? [b]true or false?
I believe it will add 1,000 conquest points, each week, until you finally cap all of it, not extra 1.8k.

If you miss a week of capping, after already having capped the catch-up cap, if you have less than (week*10k)/total season earned, you will receive extra 1k, for each week.

So if you have 30k conquest earned, and its week 20, you will have to wait until week 30, to start getting extra weekly cap, that is 1k for each week missed, minus the 10 weeks you missed.
It recalculates the formula every week.

You will want to cap your full 16,800 points on the first week, otherwise you forfeit your base 1800 (arena) cap, which will not roll over into the next week (although if you have not earned all of your catch up points yet, this will be offset slightly by the added 1000 to your catch up in the next week).

If you miss a week of capping later on in the season, after you have already capped out your catch up and at least 1 week of the normal 1800 points, you will no longer receive bonus points until

(Current week of the season) * 1000 – (Conquest earned thus far this season)

is a positive number again.
