Please Help about Locking account.

Hi, i usually play wow at my pc, but sometimes when im bored, i play at my laptop and my house got 2 laptop that i usually use to play wow everyday. But since yesterday, i always get "the account has been locked due to suspicious login activity" . But the thing is all of my laptop and pc are mine.

1 = Can i somehow make the account recognise my pc and also my laptop so i dont have to change my password every time i want to play the next day after?

2= does you guy check my ip, its all the same, i use wifi connectivity at my home using one modem.

The exact reasons for these locks cannot be made public, for obvious reasons.

Do you happen to use a proxy or tunneling service to access the game?

You may be able to discuss the matter with Billing - they can reveal more details in private, and perhaps modify your thresholds to minimize this.
Maybe an inquiry to ( is also good? :)
I think Billing is the only department that has control over these locking systems, but I could be mistaken.

And a phone call would be much better than an e-mail. E-mails to Billing have a 48-hour turnaround time, initially.

Well, if you can get Skype working, it should actually be free. So that might work. :)
You can also use Skype. 1-800 numbers are free there. :)
