Common Problems
- I have run the instance multiple times, but I'm not getting the drop I'm after
- I keep getting the same item
- My account must be bugged
Most item drop rates, types, and qualities are completely random. Game Masters are unable to alter item drops or provide compensation for bad luck.
Any known issues with drop rates can be searched for on our Support Site. If you believe you have encountered a new bug, please report it using the bug reporting feature.
