Lucille Waycrest is missing for my quest turn in, Draining the Heartsbane.Lucille Waycrest may become phased out due to other quests in the area. If you continue completing other quests, she will eventually phase back in. Many quest chains in Drustvar can be done in any order, so please complete the others you have and return to Arom's Stand later.
You may also be able to locate Lucille Waycrest at one of her other locations to turn in the quest.
