- When I try to log in to Diablo 2, i receive the error that another player is using my CD Key
A CD key may only be used by one account at a time.
If you have shared the CD key, contact the other user and request that they uninstall their game client and reinstall it using a different authentication key of their own.
If you did not share the CD key, your key may have been compromised and you will need to buy a new CD key.
You can buy new Diablo II (2000) keys in the Blizzard Shop. If the Shop says you already own this product, contact us to have your old keys removed.
