Common Problems
- Error: "We couldn't verify you with the security code provided."
- Error: "The mobile verification code is incorrect."
- I cannot verify my account with SMS text
- When I try to add my phone number to my Battle.net account, I receive a text, but the code is invalid
Messages from Blizzard come from a 6 digit number. This is not the code itself, but the sender.
Open the body of the message or extend the message notification window to see the full code which should be entered for verification.
Here is an example of a verification code being sent:
Message from: 837402
Body: "Your verification code is 484312 - Blizzard Entertainment"
Body: "Your verification code is 484312 - Blizzard Entertainment"
