Common Problems
- I used my armor casing on the wrong item
- I upgraded the wrong weapon with the scabbard I purchased
- Want to downgrade an heirloom
Once an heirloom is learned and added to your heirloom collection, it is permanently part of your collection. Upgrades to these items are also permanent. Since Customer Service can't remove these from your collection, we are unable to refund gold or other currency if an item is purchased or upgraded by mistake.
