Cannot Complete Quest - The Nighthold: Lord of the Shadow Council

- Khadgar isn't showing up at the question mark to turn in Lord of the Shadow Council
The Nighthold: Lord of the Shadow Council has to be turned in to Khadgar inside Nighthold. If you aren't able to find Khadgar in the instance to turn it in, abandon the quest and complete it again. This time, wait after killing Gul'dan and you should see Khadgar available on the platform after Gul'dan is defeated.
