Common Problems
- I need to remove the authenticator because it moved to the Battle.net app
- I changed my phone number and can't remove my authenticator
- Changed the mobile device without removing the authenticator from the previous device first
- I lost my cellphone
If you still have access to your account and authenticator, you can Manage Security Options on your account to remove or update it.
If you can't log in to your account, first attempt to recover your account, if you are unable to do so, we can help you remove your authenticator.
Note: Blizzard Phone Notifications will help you log in if you have problems with your authenticator.
