Common Problems
- I can't log in with my character, is stuck falling through the world.
- I used a portal and appeared under the ground and started to fall until I disconnected.
If your character is falling through the world and you are still connected, you can resurrect at the Spirit Healer after your character dies.
If your character is disconnected while falling through the world, please use the stuck character service to move your character to a safe location.
