The Season Rewards bar tracks your wins at Combatant level (1400 rating or above). You can progress the Season Rewards bar even if you capped your Conquest Points. Progress is account-wide, all your characters regardless of faction contribute to the Season Rewards bar.

The first time you fill up the bar in a season, you will earn the seasonal achievement and associated vicious mount. The mount is immediately added to your collection; you do not receive a saddle. Once the achievement and mount are earned, your bar will reset.

Every time you fill up your Season Rewards bar again within a single season, you will receive a Vicious Saddle which you can exchange for other mounts at the Combatant Mount Quartermaster. These mounts are account-wide, although faction-specific.

Vicious War Steed and Vicious War Wolf

The Vicious War Steed (A) and Vicious War Wolf (H) are awarded by the achievement Veteran of the Alliance / Veteran of the Horde which requires you to win 75 Rated Battlegrounds. If you don't play RBG, you can buy these mounts with Vicious Saddles.

Saddle or Mount Missing

If you think you did not receive your seasonal mount, verify if you earned the achievement, and check your mount collection directly. For additional mounts, please note that the saddle is sent to the character that finished filling up the bar. Make sure you are logging in with the character who completed the bar and, if your inventory was full, please check your mailbox.

After you buy and learn a mount, it cannot be exchanged, and Customer Support does not assist with swapping a mount for another; however, you can always obtain additional saddles and obtain all of the past mounts.
