Common Problems
- When attempting to load Blackrock Mountain adventure chapter, the game gets stuck on a loading screen and never loads the adventure
- I've just purchased Curse of Naxxramas, and it is stuck on "Loading..."
This issue is currently planned to be fixed with Patch 24.4. While Customer Support cannot provide the release date of future patches, please keep an eye on our official blogs and social media channels for announcements from our developers.
If you discover a new issue, please submit a new Bug Report. Bugs submitted in-game do not receive a personal response. Instead, they'll be directed to the teams responsible for addressing them.
