Well Gorged Achievement Not Tracking Progress Reliably

- The Well Gorged achievement for eating food/feasts in Deepwind Gorge is not correctly tracking progress.
We have received several reports of this issue and are investigating it. Currently, we do not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided.
