Battle Coin Refund and Cancelation

The general criteria for Battle Coin refund and cancelation of payment are as follows.


Cancel Payment

• If you apply for a refund of unused Battle Coin within 7 days of payment, the payment will be canceled and no fee will be charged.
• Cancelation of payment: The payment details themselves will be canceled without a separate refund deposit. The cancelation process will be carried out according to each payment method and company.

• Battle coins cannot be partially refunded. If you cancel or refund your payment, all Battle Coins remaining in your Battle.net account will be refunded.
• A refund (the amount deducted from the remaining 10% Battle Coin) will be deposited with the refund information you wrote. Refunds will be deposited within three business days.
      However, if the remaining Battle Coin is less than 10,000 won, a refund fee of 1,000 won will be deducted in a lump.
• If the remaining battle coin is less than 1,000 won, you can't get a refund.
• If you apply for a refund of the remaining Battle Coin after purchasing the product with Battle Coin purchased within 7 days, you will be charged a 10% refund fee.

Notes

• You can only get a refund if you have a Korean Battle.net account.
• Battle coins are exhausted according to the first-in-first-out method (the method that is deducted in the order in which they are charged first). 
• Battle coins obtained through participation in the event cannot be refunded.
• You can only refund it to the account in the name of the Battle.net account subscriber. Refunds will be deposited within three business days.
• Where payment is made with a culture land gift certificate or book culture gift certificate;
  • If you cancel the payment without using it, it will be refunded to the company's points.

  • Unregistered products: You can get a refund by visiting the convenience store you purchased within 7 days of purchase.
  • Products not used after charging Battle Coin: If you cancel the payment, you will return to the convenience store payment point.
  • If you used it after charging Battle Coin, you will get a refund after deducting 10% of the fee.

  • Unregistered products: You can get a refund by visiting the convenience store you purchased within 7 days of purchase.
  • Unregistered products after removing scratches: Please contact Cash Plus customer center 1566-0123.
  • Products not used after charging Battle Coin: If you cancel the payment, you will return to the convenience store payment point.
  • If you used it after charging Battle Coin, you will get a refund after deducting 10% of the fee.

In order to withdraw from the membership, you can request the deletion of the remaining Battle Coin through customer support.
