Common Problems
All realms appear red and say Incompatible when logging in to World of Warcraft.You may see incompatible realms after logging in to World of Warcraft after a patch. This occurs because your game client does not match the version on our servers.
If your game does not update automatically, restart your computer then start the Battle.net desktop app again. Follow these steps if the update doesn't start.

Make sure your game is up to date by selecting Check for Updates from the Options menu in the Blizzard app.

Run the repair tool to repair any damaged game files.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the Battle.net App may resolve rare launcher issues.

If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the game.
