Guild Dungeon or Raid Challenges Did Not Grant Gold
Common Problems
- I have been doing dungeons with two other people in my guild, but we're not getting the gold for completing the instance.
- I have been doing a Raid with my guild, but we're not getting the guild challenge achievement
To complete a Guild Challenge and earn gold, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Guild seniority
- Newly created guilds are unable to complete challenges for 7 days
- In Cataclysm Classic, the guild must be level 5 or higher
- Participants:
- Dungeon challenges require at least 3 players from your guild for a 5 player dungeon
- Raid challenges (including rated Battlegrounds) require at least 80% guild members
- Guild participants must all be honored with the guild
- Content difficulty:
- You can only complete a guild challenge in Normal, Heroic, or Mythic mode of current expansion dungeons and raids
- Cadence:
- Gold earned from guild challenges will be granted to your guild bank with the weekly maintenance
- You cannot earn the gold reward more than once a week
Note: Gold earned from Guild Challenges do not appear in the guild bank log.
