Common Problems
- Killed a boss and the loot was for the wrong spec
- The Quest reward was for my off-spec
Loot from most sources will drop for any specialization your class can play, regardless of your choice of Loot Specialization. This includes World and Daily Quest rewards and loot containers like tokens and bags, unless otherwise specified on the container.
Rare mobs may drop any item type, including ones you cannot use/equip.
Meanwhile, loot from the Great Vault or from bosses in Dungeons and Raids will provide armor and weapon drops specific to your Loot Specialization.
Customer Support does not swap loot.
