Can't Communicate in Chat After Silence Penalty Ended

When you receive a silence penalty, it ends at the exact time of day it was originally added to your account. If the game itself says that the silence has ended but you are not able to use chat, try resetting your password to clear your account cache.
If that doesn't work, search the Support Site to find a troubleshooting article for chat for the specific game you are encountering the problem in.
