If you receive an error when paying in our Shop, it may be due to a number of reasons. Saving your payment method in your Blizzard account wallet often helps. If you are trying to use an existing billing profile, updating it can also resolve the payment issue. Please try the following:
- Delete all billing profile from your wallet
- Clear cache and cookies in your browser: Chrome | Firefox | Internet Explorer | Safari
- Add a new profile from scratch with your preferred payment method
If the problem persists, please contact your financial institution.
