Common Problems
- I was Hand of A'dal on this character but I don't seem to have it anymore
- I just completed The Vials of Eternity but I didn't earn the achievement and the title
The title Hand of A'dal was granted by the achievement of the same name. It required a character to complete the quests The Vials of Eternity and A Distraction for Akama before the launch of Wrath of the Lich King.
If you earned the achievement when it was still available, you will find it listed in Achievements under Feats of Strength. It is an account-wide achievement, but a character must be at least level 30 in order to use the title.
The Hand of A'dal is no longer obtainable. Customer Support will not grant the achievement or the title.
