Common Problems
Set raid or dungeon to heroic, but after entering it switches to normal modeMake sure to double-check before entering to make sure it's set to the proper difficulty. Some addons may change this setting without warning. A UI reset can help rule out corruption or addon related issues.
Please note that this is working as intended for some specific raids for which you have to finish it in normal mode at least once before being able to attend an heroic raid.
