Claiming a Balance Code Returns Error "Oops! Something went wrong"

This error happens when the code is invalid.
If you were claiming the code in the Battle.net app, try to claim the code in your Battle.net Account Management instead.
If the problem continues, refer to your point of sale for a refund or exchange. If the code was a gift, speak to your friend.
