A Hidden Message, part of the quest chain for the rogue legendary dagger set Fangs of the Fathers, requires a lot of money and a lot of time for your character. If the quest is working correctly, you will pay 10,000g to a character in your faction's home city to purchase a Charging Decoder ring. After 12 hours (real-time), this item will turn into a Charged Decoder ring. Once you have the Charged Decoder, you can go to Corastrasza in the Twilight Highlands and decode the Singed Cipher she gives you.
Customer Support cannot bypass the 12 hour charging time for the Charging Decoder Ring. If you pay for the Charging Decoder Ring and do not receive it, contact us for assistance.
