Cannot Purchase a Character Service - WoW Token Error
Common Problems
- Error: "Please sell or redeem all WoW Tokens on this character"
- Unable to transfer or change factions, I get an error that I have a WoW Token
It is not possible to purchase a service on a character that has an unused WoW Token. This is applicable to all character services.
If you purchased the WoW Token in the Shop for real money, place the Token in the Auction House and wait until it sells. You can start your character service only after collecting your gold from the mailbox.
If you purchased the WoW Token in the Auction House for gold, consume the Token for game-time or convert it to Blizzard Balance.
