Common Problems
- I was removed from the group during the boss fight and got loot locked
- Never damaged the boss but I am saved to them for the week
- Got locked to an old raid I never did
You will be saved to a boss if you are part of the raid when the boss is engaged, even if your character does not do damage to the boss. Saves do not require you to be in the instance to occur.
For Zul'Aman in TBC Classic, the raid group is locked to an ID, once 5 players channel on the gong to open the doors with Harrison Jones. This is intended and matches the original design of the raid.
Customer Support is not able to remove raid saves for instances or bosses in these circumstances.
