Common Problems
- I sent myself gold from an alt and I cannot remove the gold from my mailbox
- I sold a bunch of auctions and I cannot pick up the gold
If you cannot pick up gold from your mailbox, verify if you are near to the gold cap. If this is not the issue, the problem may be caused by your addons. Disable your addons or Reset your User Interface.
Gold caps:
- 9,999,999 in Modern WoW
- 214,748 in WoW Classic and Wrath Classic
