Common Problems
- I was saving up heart-shaped boxes to record my openings, but I guess I waited too long and all of them ended up disappearing with the event ending
- I had a lot of tokens but i didn't spend them before the end of the event
Heart-shaped boxes and the tokens they contain are automatically removed from characters when the Love is in the Air event comes to a close. This is intended, un-opened boxes or un-spent tokens cannot be returned or redeemed once the event is over.
