Iron Reaver Does Not Drop Gyroscopic Internal Stabilizer Blueprints

I have killed Iron Reaver multiple times and am not getting the blueprints I need for my Naval Mechanics achievementIn Warlords of Draenor, Equipment Blueprint: Gyroscopic Internal Stabilizer was a guaranteed drop from Iron Reaver in Hellfire Citadel. Since July 2015, these blueprints drop from any rare elite in Tanaan Jungle, and are no longer a guaranteed drop from Iron Reaver.
