Hunter Pet Lost Special Appearance

Some pets have a special appearance before they are tamed that is temporary and disappears after the pet is tamed. This appearance may disappear immediately, or it may disappear after your character enters an area that clears the special buff from the pet. Examples of these pets include the following:

• Oil-Coated Wolf - Has a slick, black appearance before being tamed
• Lone Hunter Wolf - Has a sword through its head before being tamed
• Angered Arakkoa Protector - Has a misty appearance before being tamed

It is not intended that your pet be able to retain the special appearance after being tamed. When the appearance is removed, it is permanent. Customer Support will not assist with restoring this appearance.
