- Unable to use a boost token to unlock a character.
- I had a payment issue with the expansion purchase and my character was locked.
- My purchase was charged back and my boosted character locked, I purchased the expansion again but I cannot unlock my locked character
If a character you boosted appears locked, this indicates that the order associated to the boosted character was refunded or charged back. You can verify this on your Transaction History.
To unlock the character, you need to purchase a new character boost from the World of Warcraft in-game shop. After your purchase is complete, click the lock next to your character to apply the boost and this will automatically unlock it.
If you receive an error when using the boost on the locked character, contact us.
