Common Problems
- I'm having trouble downloading my Blizzard Data file
- My Blizzard Data file downloaded somewhere, but I can't find it.
If you are having trouble downloading the data file, please try the following:
- Clear the cache and cookies of your browser, or try using a different browser
- Downloads usually automatically go into the Downloads folder. If you can’t find the data file there, check if you are downloading to a different folder
- Make sure the drive your download folder is on has sufficient space
