Your Authenticator codes may not work if the app goes out of sync.
If you have a mobile Authenticator, click on Enter Code Manually and then Try resyncing directly at the code screen. If the codes are still invalid after synchronizing, you can Reset the app.
If your Authenticator is a physical keyring, contact us.
