World of Warcraft: Companion App Lockups and Crash Errors
Common Problems
- When I open the WOW Companion App, it crashes or gives me an error.
- I receive "An error occurred while authenticating your account. If this persists, please contact Customer Service."
- I receive Error 74600104 when opening the WOW Companion App.
With The War Within pre-patch, we will no longer support the WoW Companion App. After this date, you will no longer be able to update, download, or use the companion app and its features.
