Can't Complete Life Held Hostage - Nathanos Blightcaller Missing

For the quest Life Held Hostage, if your character attacks General Cadarin before Nathanos Blightcaller engages him, you may not be able to turn it in. While we are working to resolve the underlying issue, you can complete the quest by abandoning it and picking it up again. When you restart it, do not attack Cadarin until Blightcaller hits him first.
