Common Problems
This error occurs when the Battle.net Update Agent can't start due to missing or corrupted data. The Battle.net Update Agent is the program that launches, updates, and installs your Battle.net games.
- Restart your computer to resolve problems caused by programs and services running in the background.
- Delete the Battle.net Tools folder to automatically rebuild outdated or corrupt files.
- Close all other applications to resolve software conflicts and free up resources.
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the Battle.net App may resolve rare launcher issues.
- Try creating a new administrator account to resolve permissions issues.
