Missing Bosses for The Originals WoW Anniversary Quest

Lord Kazzak missing may be due to phasing. Try the following:

• Speak to Zidormi to change the phase of the Blasted Lands
• Ensure all Legion class hall quests which take part in Blasted Lands are complete
• If you have started the questline to unlock Mag'har Orcs finish it
• If you are a Warlock and have started but not completed the Some Wicked Things Storyline, make sure to complete it as it takes place in the Blasted Lands & Burning Steppes

The Dragons of Nightmare are four separate bosses around the world. They may not all be in the world at the same time.
