You can restore items that were sold, destroyed, or disenchanted from the Item Restoration service. This service can be used once every 30 days. For more information, see our Battle.net Item Restoration article.
To restore a deleted character, use the in-game character undelete feature. You can undelete one character every 30 days. For more information, see our Character Undelete article. If your characters are missing, you may be signed into the wrong account.
