I got my Blizzard Gear Store order but an item is missing

If you received a delivery from the Blizzard Gear Store but one or more items were missing, please submit a return for that item: 

  1. Log in to the Blizzard Gear Store
  2. Choose My Orders from the dropdown under your BattleTag
  3. Select the correct order and click on it to open
  4. Select Return in the upper right hand corner
  5. Add the information about the item or items you are missing and click Add Item to Return after each
  6. In the comment box, include all relevant information, including that the items were missing and how you would prefer the situation be resolved if possible
  7. Click Submit Return when you are finished
A representative will reach out to you via email when they have received your order with questions or instructions for you. Note: This may take several days during peak retail season or when sales are active on the Gear Store.
