Common Problems
- I killed Alani and did not get the mount
- I was in a party for Alani and did not get the mount
- Alani despawned before I could loot it
Only the character who uses the Sky Crystal receives the Reins of the Thundering Ruby Cloud Serpent. The reins are automatically sent to the character's inventory as soon as the Sky Crystal is consumed. Alani does not need to be killed in order to receive the mount. The reins are Bind on Equip and can be traded or sold.
